I had a really fun day! It was nice getting to visit with Mike and just BE..with him. We made it to Rockville MD with 20 minutes to spare!
The visit with the Neurogenetic Doctor was a bit uneventful! I wish she could have took one look at Christie and had some information, but unfortunately or fortunately there was little. She interpreted the blood work the Neurologist ordered for Chromosome testing and since everything was within "normal ranges" more in depth testing will be done on her chromosomes...and we just have to let her grow and allow for time to give us more clues. The most we can do for Christie is to continue with therapy...and even add a speech therapy to her occupational therapy! She's an amazing baby and I've learned so much from her, she's opened a whole new perspective to my life!
