makes me FEEL sooo many different kinds of emotions. I enjoy music soo much...it can relax me, make me sad, happy, excited, energetic, upset...itsn't it interesting!?!?!?
This morning as I took the girls to the bus stop I listened to the tail end of Maroon 5 She Will Be Loved...I love that song and then right after Nickelback FAR AWAY...that will be in my head all day which is fine cuz I love that song...makes me feel romantic...don't know why...cuz I believe the lyrics aren't even suggestive toward that...perhaps the opposite..but it's his voice...I love it! heehee!
I love how music inspires past memories and daydreams!!!....
I remember watching a tvshow when Mike and I were still newly married...Touched by an Angel and Kenny Rogers was on there and he sang BUY ME A ROSE...and I noticed Mike crying...he hadn't done that often then and he just hugged me and apologized for not being more thoughtful of me...I wasn't complaining...however I loved him a little more that moment!
I remember being in Junior High and there was this singing group that traveled thru SJ and gave a concert at the HS Auditorium and one guy sang the Lionel Richie song STUCK ON YOU...that made me swoon!!! oh I still love that song and it gives me butterflies and makes me so happy that I am in love....heehee!
My favorite vehicle as a young adult was my little white nissan truck and I love stick shifts...anyway I loved it when I could shift to the tune of the beginning of the song LIVIN' ON A PRAYER by Bon Jovi....that song makes me feisty, just like SO WHAT does from Pink... good work out songs!
Heaven by Bryan Adams and songs by Aerosmith, Firehouse and Def Leppard...whoo hoo...those were the days...I just go crazy happy with these songs...just relive good ole days...great memories...I really enjoyed my youth...I've made a few mistakes and there are some songs that go with those too...but right now I can't think of them. oh, I just remembered Kenny G...there is one song of his that was soooo romantic for me, ...Forever in Love.... watchout when that was playing...my boyfriend at the time really humored me...I liked to slow dance to that!!!
Some songs I used to really like and well I still do but like MISS YOU IN A HEARTBEAT from Def Leppard makes me think of this girl that crushed on Mike and made him a tape with this song on it! Never knew the girl...but he told me that and well, suck, thats what pops in my mind now! whatever, it's still a good song!
Anyway...I am enjoying some music now...and I am happy!
