On the road again!
This morning before noon Mike called the dealership to check on the status of our vehicle...and it was done!!!! They fixed our transmission quickly...while he went to return the rental and pick up the Sub...we fixed lunch and tidied up...we were on the road again by 2:30...we only stopped to pee once in South Carolina...and made it into Savannah GA by 7:30p....Mike drove 90mph practically the whole way here...pins and needles for me...I hate it...even though he's going with the flow for the most part it's still to fast for me. We will make it to Tampa (6 hr drive from Savannah) tomorrow before sunset...depending on when we get out of Savannah...we may do some sight seeing....
Thanks for all your thoughtful cares and concerns....we truly have had an adventurous start to our trip!
