MOTIVATION
I've been working out now for 4 days a week for the past 6 weeks...and I wish I took measurements at the beginning of March when I started my working out but I didn't until March 23...I was anxious to see if I had any specific results...although I feel more muscular I haven't necessarily noticed my clothes feeling super loose...so I measured today about a week early then my scheduled date and I have lost inches...about 1/2 from my thigh measurement and 1 inch from my waist and about 1/2 from my chest...and I don't even think I measured my hips...I was giddy from those results and just did my happy dance and that was good enough news for me...my hard work is paying off ... And really...I could use some extra discipline and kick it up a notch and see bigger results...oh the stinkin possibilities and I have 20 more weeks of calculating results...I will still continue after 20 weeks but September is a benchmark goal date for me and a trip to my doctor for a little test and to say...booya!!! Sooooo many little things are motivational right now in my life and I am just super happy! Hard work = happiness!
