BLECH

We're having it rough in the Holly home...with sickness that is:( It's not hit all of us as far as the throwing up is concerned. Sydney started the whole thing out...right after Christmas...she was getting better before the New Year and then it hit Christie and Lexi...it was weird...fever and sore throat...almost a congestion but hardly any coughing...I never took Sydney in...but when the babies hardly slept and it seemed painful for them to breathe we took them in...last week they finally got better by Thursday...well...this morning about 3:30am I awoke to Lexi dry heaving...poor thing. Then I heard Christie cry...let her go back to sleep but felt I should go check on her...she was covered in vomit. I had to clean her up...I needed help so I woke Mike up...who himself was feeling icky and close to vomiting himself. Then by 7:30 Sydney was vomiting. Super! Then Jaimie and Kassidy needed to get fed and out the door and Jaimie started crying due to a pain in her tummy. Super...she stays home and has vomited now! I'm feeling fine...and Kassidy went to school! Lets pray it end with just this and we can sanitize and feel just fine now! It's going around though...some nasty but. Half our ward was absent yesterday from church! Our family hasn't been hit like this in a LONG time...so I am just trying to roll with it and not get so overwhelmed. Mike in his weakness still went out and bought some stuff for homemade chicken noodle soup and gatorade and crackers. Now we're all just napping and chilling. I am dying to just sanitize but Mike says wait till we're better...then sanitize. At least my kitchen is clean.

Ah...Lexi just went over to Christie and hugged on her. She's so lovable anyway and Lexi is at that stage where she'll lean in kiss and hug! xoxoxo luv it!

Well, I hope all of you don't get sick and can skip the season of the icky bug...it's no fun. xoxoxo
