LIFE W/O HUBBY - DAY 1

Figured keeping a blog about Mike being gone may help my sanity....as I am head of house while Mike is in Vegas for the next 40 days...that is unless something happens and he doesn't come back on the 20th of March...I think that is still his return flight date.

Well he left today about 10am...and I am sad!!! I cried.

I have had a good rough day...sounds funny, but as hard and emotional as it was...I was in a humbled state and so interestingly enough I was able to handle the rough patches of the day easier than I would have before. Helps to have a Jaimie and a Kassidy around too...my sweet daughters...so helpful...I truly appreciate them and love them so:)

My sweet Sydney is still sick...it started out last Monday as a tummy bug and has changed it's course and is now a low grade fever with coughing. I pray she gets better.

Christie is still not well..she too is running a low grade fever...she's been pooping A LOT...but she's eating better...has an appetite. She too started out last Monday with the tummy bug...and it too changed course...think she and Syd share the same illness.

Thankfully I am staying well and passing the goodness off to Lexi who hasn't gotten sick...I think her little body is trying but we are so far staying ahead of the ickiness.

Jaimie and Kassidy are starting little random coughing...so we got to kick it in the butt....RELIV download!!!

I need to give a huge shout out to my sweet sisters....all of whom today have given my words of peace and comfort and counsel...I love you my dear sisters...Thanks so much...I am much happier and am so dang anxious for the day my MIKE comes back home...I am planning for this day NOW!

My Mr. Mike...I love you, I honor you, I miss you and want you...may these next 40 days pass by quickly so I can hold you in my arms and LOVE YOU!!! xoxoxoxoxo
