Jaimie and Christie

Can you tell how excited Christie was about turning 1? This was calm before the storm...she didn't like sitting in the chair and was getting grouchy! I made her pumpkin muffins being it's better for her than cake and she wasn't going to be diggin into anything...hopefully next year!
Jaimie and Sara(next door neighbor) were holding Chrisite up as we sang since she wasn't caring to much for the whole thing.
Here is my sweet Jaimie getting sung to at the Beach House....she couldn't have asked for anything sweeter than being at the beach and turning 8! Gena and Jeff Burns made sure Jaimie had a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate sprinkles....what isn't in the picture is the gifts she opened...Gena got her some princess tattoos and a Hannah Montana poster(which is proudly hung above her bed)...family gift was a little beach purse with taffy in it, butterfly mood ring and Hannah Montana lipgloss.
Jaimie has yet to have a party...we're planning on friend party when she gets baptized and that will be in November...date to still be determined!

Yesterday was Jaimie's 8th Bday and tomorrow Christie will be 1 (I'll post some new pics later).
Time flys by sooo fast. I enjoy my kids soo much...even in hindsight after we've argued or the fits are done...I wouldn't trade them for anything.
K my hubby just called and he needs a different shirt for work...something about a guy whose running for Senator and that guy is visiting their site...whatever, I say who cares...but he does so I best get, I'll come back later to finish!
