Be a popular parent

I just got this email and it was from a book club and it was titled "Be a popular parent-join now for books".... this sooooooo bugged me...goes to show how the world entices us to believe in order to fit in we need this and that...and how debt is not our fault...we are victims.
I guess I can't be upset by the fact that they are just trying to drum business...and I am only mad because at one time I was stupid (strong word but true in my case) to fall for it! But I have learned from my mistakes and am a RESPONS-ABLE adult who is not going to fall for buy this to be popular and do this to get out of debt since it wasn't your fault! ugh...
well my baby is needing my attention...and we are going to Costco now to fill up on gas...get eggs..
Mike leaves for yet another campout with the scouts....I will be without my Suburban...it always goes with the scouts and I am left with the paper thin metal parrot(sad, bummed facial expression)!
