Rejuvenated?!?!?

Today a sister in our ward Holly Baxter, commented how she always feels rejuvenated after attending church! There are Sunday's I feel it's true for me too, it's all about what you put into the day! Holly Baxter has cancer...it'll be miraculous if she survives a couple more years...and she has 4 children (3 of which are adopted) and we learned today that one of her son's Max is having a very hard time and was taken away and put in a facility to help him...she said he tried to burn their home down. Max is one of Mike's scouts...it's just so sad, yet with all that is going on, Holly Baxter has such a sparkle in her eyes and a beautiful smile! She's my source of strength. I think if she can go thru all that with a smile, I can surely handle what little is on my plate with a smile! I am so thankful for all the wonderful examples of faith and strength!
Christie is on her 2nd week of Reliv and I can't say it's the Reliv or not, but she is definitely more active (she winds up in far off locations when she's on the floor, even though I never see how she gets there) and vocal!
She starts her therapy evaluation on the 11th and hopefully soon after we'll get started on her physical therapy and what not!
She sees the eye doctor tomorrow...and I'll take her to the hospital and finish some work, like her spine xray and more blood work!
update on Nana Holly: She is still in the hospital...it's taking to long for her...she's not liking having to take it easy, it's not in her nature...but it's good for her and I am glad she's there and being made to rest! She's just had it rough with her esophagus and what turned into a 48hr hospital stay will be about 4 weeks if all continues to go okay! She has to pass a swallow test before she can leave.
Also, I was thinking a bit about Mike's testimony...he commented on how we are a big family - ward family and just like any family we may get on eachothers nerves or get offended but we need to forgive etc....anyway reminded me of an article I read in last months Ensign...and something specific in regard to forgiveness and trust being two seperate issues...I don't know why this was such an AAAA HA moment for me but it was and I can see how even though we truly can seek to forgive and should doesn't mean that trust accompanies forgiveness nor does it have to either...anyway...I thought that was good stuff! We don't have to beat ourselves up thinking that just because we don't trust someone anymore doesn't mean we didn't forgive like we are asked! I have several close friends who have people in thier lives that this incase they already didn't know could really be beneficial and it'll help me for sure too in whatever I may face in the future!
Well, that is about it for now! xoxoxoxo
