Food for thought

I am among millions fighting the BATTLE OF THE BULGE so I try to find lots of info...my best efforts have been my workouts but I've only gone on average about twice a week. I haven't really changed anything...on occasion I'll eat a lot healthier and not past 8pm...but I have sooo many areas where I can kick it up a notch...I have lost 4lbs just by working out and the way I have and about 2 inches overall and 6/10ths of body fat. Just think though of the success I can have if I took my workouts to 5 days a week and stopped eating past 8pm. I am going to do that and gradually add in lots more...but for sure I will work on eating better and drinking loads of water...this comes naturally for me when I am working out though...I believe for most of us it does...anyway...food for thought!
